Kidney Beam is an online service helping kidney patients take care of their physical and mental health. It offers you a way to improve your physical activity in your own home, in your own time.
Thanks to the Punchestown Kidney Research Fund (PKRF) this service is open and free for all Chronic Kidney Disease patients and their families/carers in Ireland to use.
We hosted an introductory online meeting for those interested in the service, on Thursday 5th October, which you can watch below.
How To Register For the Programme
There are activities of all abilities with a library containing hundreds of videos. Activities can be as short as 2 minutes. It is free to the kidney community in Ireland thanks to PKRF.
