The Irish Kidney Association's 37th Annual Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving, to honour and remember the special people who have donated their organs so that others may live.

Two Irish patients share their experience, along with presentations from Shared Care Strategy Director & Trainer, Tania Barnes from Kidney Care UK, Donna Pike from the Altnagelvin Unit in Derry, and Emer Kenny from St Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin.

We were delighted to welcome Professor George Mellotte, National Clinical Lead, HSE National Renal Office and Consultant Nephrologist to join us to outline the options for home dialysis.
