World Patient Safety Day

The theme for the WHO World Patient Safety Day is ‘Medication Safety’, with a call to action of Know, Check, Ask. Worldwide, the WHO is asking patients to keep a record of all their medications to reduce the risk of medication errors and associated medication-related harm.
