Arising from a recommendation from the Potential Donor Audit Feasibility Study Report (National Office of Clinical Audit, 2022), Organ Donation Transplant Ireland commissioned the National Office of Clinical Audit (NOCA) to develop a Potential Donor Audit (PDA) for Irish hospitals.
